The house is located in a small village Donje Zagorje near the town of Ogulin (10 km) in Karlovac County.
The house is secluded, surrounded by 8000 m2 of nature, forest and the first neighbor is over 300m away.
Far from the city crowd, and the same time so close to all necessary facilities.

What Surround Us

Klek Mountain

The most famous destination for mountaineers is 1181 meters high –Klek mountain. Its 200 m high, vertical rock is also a nice and big challenge for alpinists.

Lake Sabljaci

Lake Sabljaci, where you can walk around, also swim on warm summer days. The lake is only 7km away from holiday home Ivka and the 3km from Ogulin.

Šmitovo Lake

Near the village Zagorje (where is the holiday home Ivka), there is Šmitovo lake, which is linked to a legend according to a girl that was saved from a dragon by St. Juraj. The imprint of a horse’s hoof is preserved in a stone near the lake.
